Application instructionsSurface preparationAll surfaces must be sound and thoroughly cleaned beforeNitotile GTA is applied. All traces of grease and oil must beremoved. All loose particles of mortar, wallpaper, paint etc.,must be physically removed. The prepared surface must bewetted with water, prior to application of Nitotile GTA and mustattain a saturated surface dry condition.Nitotile GTA can be applied directly on concrete, cementscreeds, cement or lime mortars, provided they are strong.Make sure the substrate is fl at and in sound conditions toachieve uniform thickness & coverage.Saturate the surface thoroughly and remove excess waterbefore the application of Nitotile GTAFor porous substrates, it is recommended to use suitableprimer.MixingNitotile GTA should be mixed with clear potable water in thewater powder ratio of 0.26 to 0.30. A slow speed drill fi tted with amixing paddle is recommended for mixing. Add powder to waterand mix until a uniform, lump-free consistency is achieved. Thetotal quantity of water may be slightly adjusted to achieve therequired consistency.
