Perma Glass Mosaic Adhesive (GMA) is a two component cementitious material based on special polymers, which only needs on site mixing of the two pre-weighed components to make a paste which is used for fixing glass mosaic tiles and for laying Glass Blocks.

Primary Uses :
Perma GMA is mainly used for fixing Glass Mosaic tiles and for laying the decorative glass blocks in glass walls.

Perma Block Fix is a polymer modified adhesive mortar specially designed for thin bed fixing of masonry blocks of various kind including light weight blocks. This product helps in block fixing with thin water tight joints which are strong and give better bonding of the blocks in the masonry.

Quick Setting Cement Grout is a quick setting cement and mortar supplied in dry powder form. Quick Setting Cement Grout constitutes a blend of cement grades and chemical set control agents. • Clean the surface to be treated as per normal surface preparation, methods for concrete removing, loose particles, deleterious materials etc.
• Damp down the surface.
• Mix Quick Setting Cement Grout and water in the proportion of 3 volumes of powder to 1volume of water and mix to obtain a stiff consistency paste.
• Press in position or trowel the paste to the finis

Health and Safety

• Perma Plug is generally nontoxic, but it is advised that workers use gloves and avoid contact with skin. Accidental splashes of the powder on skin or eyes should be immediately washed with plenty of clean water. In the event of prolonged irritation seek medical advice.

 

Perma Grout - 60 is a free flowing, non shrink high strength grout mix, supplied in grey powder form which needs only on site addition of water to form a ready to use grout slurry.

Primary Uses:

• Grouting heavy machine foundations which are subjected to huge dynamic loads.
• Grouting underneath base plates of machines.
• Grouting of columns / stanchion foundations.
• Grouting of crane rails, anchor bolts, dowel bars etc.

Advantages:

• High early and ultimate strength : Perma Grout – 60 achieves a compressive strength of 200 kg/cm2 in one day, 350 kgs/cm2 in 3 days, 450 kgs/cm2 in 7 days & 600 kgs/cm2 in 28 days.
• Non shrink and expansion : Perma Grout – 60 is expansive. It exhibits an expansion of about 4% in plastic state and 0.2% in hardened state. Hence the chances of shrinkage of grouting material do not arise.
• Free flowing and self levelling : Perma Grout – 60 is free flowing and self levelling: It occupies voids and recesses without the need of any tamping or vibration. The product can also be pumped.
• Safety in use : Perma Grout – 60 is free from any added chlorides, sulphates, nitrates and any ferrous materials.

Direction For Use:

• Clean the foundation surfaces to be grouted so that they are free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, curing compound, paint etc.
• Make the surface wet and avoid stagnation of water in the recesses.
• Mix Perma Grout - 60 with water as per the ratios mentioned in the properties to form a smooth consistency mortar or slurry.
• Lower the water content higher will be the strength.
• Pour Perma Grout - 60 mortar or slurry in the pocket or recess to be grouted. After initial hardening cure by placing wet hessian over it.

Perma Pump Prime is a clear yellowish viscous liquid which is used for priming the concreting piping system in the concrete pump to ease the flow of concrete through the pipes easily without  any friction with the pipes and to control segregation, bleed and the loss of slump due to heat generated by the friction.

 

Primary Use:

• To lubricate the pump for pumping concrete, mortar,  grout or any cementitious slurry.

 

Advantages:

• Perma Pump Prime helps in lubricating the pumping system without causing any adverse effect on the mix proportions. Priming with the cement slurry causes imbalance in the mix and priming with water causes increase in the water-cement ratios in the initial mixes pumped due to priming water entrapped in the recesses of the pumping system.    

Directon For Use:

• Mix Perma Pump Prime liquid with water in the proportion of one litre Perma Pump Prime to 20 litres of water and pour it in the pump hopper just before pumping the concrete or grout.

Perma Universal Tile Adhesive (UTA) is a cementitious material in powder form composed of Cement, Sand and polymers which only needs on site addition of water to make a mortar which is used for fixing tiles over any cementitious surface or on existing mosaic tiles without removing them. Perma Universal Tile Adhesive is also used for fixing tiles on difficult surfaces.

 

Primary Use :

• Perma Universal Tile Adhesive is mainly used for fixing glazed, ceramic, terracotta, vitreous, marble and granite tiles on Cementitious surface or on existing mosaic or ceramic floor tiles without removing them or hacking them. Perma Universal Tile Adhesive is also used for tiling on difficult vertical cementitious surfaces and in cases where the weight of the tile is more than the normal ones. Perma Universal Tile Adhesive can also be used for plaster crack repairs and paver joint grouting.

 

Guide of Application :

• Ensure that the surface to be tiled is clean and free from dust, dirt, grease etc. Mix Perma Universal Tile Adhesive with clean water in the proportion of 3.5 volumes of powder to 1 volume of water. Mix till a uniform consistency smooth mortar is obtained. Leave the paste for ten minutes in the pan for the entrapped air if any to escape and remix the mortar. Apply the mortar uniformly on to the surface to be tiled as well as on the back of the tile and press the tile in position. For increasing the coverage of the material notch trowel technique can be used. While using Perma Universal Tile Adhesive wetting of the tiles or the surface to be tiled or curing is not required. However wetting of tiles help in removing the dust particles. Fill tile joints after 24 hours of tile laying.

RTF is a three component epoxy resin based mortar used for filling joints between acid proof tiles in the industrial floors. RTF provides aesthetic germ proof, permanent, hard wearing, chemical resistant joints for industrial foor tiles. It provides a smooth, hygienic and dust free floor tile joints.

Directions for Use:
Preparations of the area:

• Make sure that the tiles or the stones joints operation is taken up atleast 72 hours after laying of the tiles or the Stone.
• The joints should be dry, clean and free from cement mortar, adhesive, dust, grease etc.

Application:

• Apply masking tape on the edges of the tiles or to the stones joints are to be grouted in one direction.
• Clean the joints using a blower.
• Mix the base and hardener components and add the filler and mix to get a uniform consistency free flowing mortar.
• Pour the mortar with a mug in the joints taking care to see that the mortar does not fall on the tiles.
• Gently tap the filled joints to evenly fill the joints till a sheen appears on the joints and leave to cure over night.
• Next day apply the masking tapes in the perpendicular direction and fill joints as explained above.
