• Area to be tiled should be free from dust dirt, oil, grease and any such material which hinder bonding.
• Prepare the surface area by cleaning chipping or wire brushing to obtain a sound surface.
• Wet the surface to be tiled and the contact surface of the tile.
• Metal or glass surfaces do not require wetting.
• Take Elast- o -Fix PU directly from the can and apply the material evenly on the surface to be tiled and on back of the tile with a notch trowel.
• Press the tile on the surface firmly.
• Ensure that the bed thickness of the adhesive is not less than one mm.
• Tile joints can be grouted with appropriate tile grouting material 72 hours after fixing the tiles.

Perma Plast Super – 223

• A high range, low dosage, super plasticising admixture for slump retention

Description:

• Perma Plast Super-223 is a multi component liquid admixture based on high molecular weight polymers and napthalene formaldehyde to produce self-compacting flowing concrete and to produce high early strength concrete.

Primary Uses:

• For the production of high workability concrete where heavily congested reinforcements exist or poor access is available. To produce flowing self compacting concrete which requires minimal labour to place. For the production of high strength, high workability concrete. Particularly beneficially in hot climatic conditions.

Directions for Use:

• Perma Plast Super-223 should be added to the mix during the cycle at the same time as water or aggregates. Never add Perma Plast Super-223 to dry cement.

Dosage:

• Field trials should be carried out with the given cement and aggregates to arrive at optimum dosages for the desired property to be achieved. However for guidance we specify a range of 0.4 to 1.5 percent by weight of cement for initiating trials based on type of concrete required.

• Perma Plast Super -210 is a high range, low dosage, super plasticizing admixture for slump retention. It is a product based on refined naphthalene formaldehyde.

Primary Uses:

• To produce self- compacting flowing concrete. To produce high early strength concrete for delayed slump retention and for long over hauls. Ideally suited for commercial RMC plants and concrete made with crushed sand.

Typical Applications:

• For the production of high workability concrete where heavily congested reinforcements exist or poor access is available. To produce flowing self compacting concrete which requires minimal labour to place. For the production of high strength, high workability concrete. Particularly beneficial in hot climatic conditions and in ready mix concrete.

Action:

• Perma Plast Super- 210 dramatically increases the workability of concrete mixes by its powerful deflocculating and dispersing effect on the cement particles. This increase in workability can be utilized to produce high workability concrete or to enable significant reductions in free water content.

Dosage:

• Field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum addition rates of Perma Plast Super- 210. However a dosage of 300 gms to 700 gms is recommended per 50 kg bag of cement depending upon requirements.
