Latex based Mortar and screed modifi er & bonding agent Uses For modifying and improving bonding of fl oor toppings, renderings and mortars; repair of worn, damaged and spalled concrete, repair of large cracks; polymer modifi ed  fl oor screeds; waterproof plasters for masonary and slurries. It is resistant to hydrolysis and can therefore be used for external applications too.
