ArmGrout NS  is recommended for precision grouting where it is essential to withstand static load in typical applicationslikebase plate of generators, compressors, boilers etc. It is basically a free flow non-shrink, high strength expansive grout. It isbased on port land cement with graded aggregates and additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state. The non-shrink grout function is three folds 1) To fill the voids between the base plate and the concrete foundationscompletely and permanently without shrinkage or separating from either 2) To transfer all loads from the base plate to theconcrete foundation and 3) To maintain precise alignment. It effectively transfers all operational loads to the foundation.
ArmGrout NS 50 is free flow, Non-Shrink, high strength expansive grout for thickness of 100mm. It can with stands staticload and dynamic load. It is based on portland cement, graded aggregates and additives. The special additives used impartcontrolled expansion in the plastic state. The low W/C ratio ensures high Early and Final Compressive Strength. The flowcharacteristic of the grout fills the voids between the base plate and the concrete foundations completely and permanently. Iteffectively transfers all operational loads to the foundation.
